Jeffrey Van Daele (°1975) began his journey as a photography educator in 1999, driven by a passion to share his love for photography with others. What started as guiding enthusiastic amateurs grew into an international career in which he has trained and inspired more than 1,000 photographers.

Since 2014, Jeffrey has combined his teaching expertise with his passion for travel as a photography tour leader. Over the past years, he has guided more than 50 groups to some of the world’s most breathtaking locations, from the savannas of Africa to the icy landscapes of Antarctica. His photographic adventures are professionally organized in collaboration with Starling Reizen, ensuring the perfect balance between learning and enjoyment.

With more than 500 workshops and courses to his name, Jeffrey has specialized in nature photography, wildlife, and documentary work. His unique approach is characterized by small groups, personal attention, and a relaxed learning atmosphere where everyone can grow at their own pace.

Alongside his commercial work, Jeffrey dedicates himself to meaningful projects such as “Project Wounded”, documenting the efforts of wildlife rehabilitation centers, and “Oud Vlaenderen”, an ode to the intangible heritage of his home region. Through his photography, he aims not only to teach and inspire but also to raise awareness for nature conservation and cultural preservation.
